Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • defective items

  • incorrect items sent

EU customers may also exercise their 14-day withdrawal right, except where legally exempt.

Non-returnable items

  • custom-made or personalized products (if clearly stated before purchase)

  • items made to order (print-on-demand), where production begins immediately after purchase and exemption is disclosed

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after:

  • return is received, or

  • cancellation is approved

Refunds are issued via original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless error is ours

  • Defective items: we cover costs or replace item

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending a clear written statement to info@zodiacsoccer.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the following model statement:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name(s)], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

We will issue a full refund — including original shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving your returned item, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised items, sealed goods that have been opened, or digital products that have been accessed.
