Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for:

• defective items

• incorrect items sent

EU customers may also exercise their 14-day withdrawal right, except where legally exempt.

Non-returnable items

• custom-made or personalized products (if clearly stated before purchase)

• items made to order (print-on-demand), where production begins immediately after purchase and exemption is disclosed

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after:

• return is received, or

• cancellation is approved

Refunds are issued via original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customer pays return shipping unless error is ours

• Defective items: we cover costs or replace item
