1. Overview

This website is operated under the trade name ZODIAC SOCCER by Bruno José dos Santos Paiva, an individual entrepreneur (ENI) established in Portugal.

All purchases made through this website are concluded with Bruno José dos Santos Paiva, who is the legal entity responsible for all contractual obligations.

The store name ZODIAC SOCCER is a commercial brand name used for marketing purposes only.

2. Products

We sell apparel and accessories, including:

  • T-shirts

  • Stickers

Some products may be produced on demand (print-on-demand). Minor variations in color, size, or print placement may occur.

3. Pricing and Orders

Prices are displayed in EUROS.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify prices

  • refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, error, or misuse

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

4. Fulfillment and Shipping

Orders may require production time before shipping if fulfilled via print-on-demand.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or customs authorities.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

This right may not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • items produced specifically upon order (where clearly indicated before purchase)

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are available for:

  • defective products

  • incorrect items

  • valid EU withdrawal requests (where applicable)

Customers are responsible for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and branding are owned by ZODIAC SOCCER or used with permission.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, losses, or delays outside our control, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
